Our guidelines are currently in a PDF. Why should I use guyds?
With an online tool, your guidelines will always be up-to-date and can be accessed and distributed from and to anywhere in the world. Also, any digital assets such as logos, fonts, graphs, images and videos are also accessible.

Can I also upload images and videos?
Yes, you can also upload images and videos. There are two options: a simple one if you don't have a large amount of images, or a sophisticated Digital Asset Management system (DAM).

Where is the platform hosted?
That’s up to you. You can have it with our hosting partner here in Switzerland or we can install it with your preferred hosting partner.

Does everyone need a login to access?
“Viewers” don’t need a login. If you need to send a logo or an image to someone, they will have access without a specific login.

Is there a limit to how many editors?
The corporate version has no limits. Not in terms of the number of guidelines, not in terms of the number of editors.
